The unmitigated audacity!

Got yet another bill from this company that not only includes DirectTV (still), but is still asking for the payments we haven't made on the product we haven't had for a while. I can't understand why the company is so incredibly inept, until I start considering all American companies. I'd like to have someone introduce me, just once, to a company that isn't a life-sucking, slave-waging, bunch of asswipes...

But you can't.

I remember back in the mid-80's when the Hormel workers went on strike to get better wages. They were making over 20 an hour and wanted raises. Now, back then, when my husband was making probably 7 an hour, I thought, WTF, but as time went on and I realized the sneaky shit companies were doing, I was appalled and from that moment rallied behind any worker who wanted to strike and hissed any scab who thought it was a good thing to take over the job. (Remember, scabs, what comes around goes around...)

Thirty years ago bosses were making only about 4% over their highest paid employees and today, it's closer to 600%. Add to that their million dollars in bonuses and then hiring/rehiring CEO's who are with the company a short while, then golden parachute their way to another CEO job they can screw up, also...

So, when all is said and done, after the USELESS, MINDLESS, FAT on the top pisses away ALL the liquidity of a companies assets, who do they blame it on?  
The worker. Well, the worker making 27.00 wants more and then insurance on top... OUTRAGEOUS!!!

And our useless government allows them to get away with this bullshit.
If we were all smart, this election we'd write on the ballots - WHY SHOULD WE VOTE, WE'RE JUST GOING TO GET FUCKED IN THE ASS BY WHOEVER IS IN OFFICE ANYWAY!!!
