1. The government pays people to stay home, but back in 1970 people were chastised for staying home and called welfare whores.
2. The government tells people how to wash their hands, but back in 1970 people knew how to do this and were already practicing it.
3. The government gives people assurances that their jobs are safe, but back in 1970 when you didn't go to your job in six months you didn't have it any longer.
4. The government wants people to wear masks, but back in 1970 people knew masks didn't restrain the flu because you had to get it in order to immunize yourself from it.
5. The idiot masses tell others what is a safe mask and what isn't, but back in 1970 we knew there wasn't a mask that could keep you from getting the flu.
6. The idiot masses suddenly find themselves at home with their children, but back in 1970 adults knew that at least one parent should always be home.
7. The idiot masses wait for the government to say 'all clear' before they believe the virus has run it's course which only makes the government keep fanning the flames of fear to keep the bullshit going on and on and on... but back in 1970 people would have realized just how much the government is lying and pandering to the money makers.
My question is this - when did the country become so damn dumb?
