Bobbi's easy noodle salad



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 

1 can sliced carrots

1 package cauliflower, cooked (softened)

1/4 cup onion

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip

large tablespoon mustard

pinch of salt/pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon parsley

 

Cook macaroni and onions together. (For extra flavor, add the juice from the can of carrots to the macaroni water for cooking.) When cooked, drain and add the butter, then put aside. 

Put carrots and cauliflower into large bowl and chop with a knife to make the pieces small (if desired) and add spices. 

Once finished add the noodles to this mixture, then the mustard/Miracle Whip and it's ready to serve. 

Refrigerate the remainer and use as sandwich fillings the rest of the week. Delicious!
