Meanwhile - back at the book burning...

Feast your eyes on this... article.

Can't be bothered to read it, then allow me to elucidate.

The idiots that be want five of Dr. Suess' books taken off the shelves for racist drawings/comments. This same moronic conclave wants Laura Ingalls' Little House books shunned because of her portrayal of Indians. And they're even considering attacking Curious George's because of the monkey, you know...

My generation worked damned hard to get the rights so many retarded, constipated people now not only enjoy, but seem to want to squander as well. Catcher in the Rye was taboo and schools wanted to ban it. I read it. Boring. Can't see the problem. Uncle Tom's Cabin. I read it. It's about a wonderful man, Tom, who helps other slaves get free. It's a fabulous story, can't see the problem.

But some butthurt dumbass has a problem with Dr. Suess and Laura Ingalls? Does anyone else feel that we're on the Highway to Idiot Hell? Personally, I think this was started by publishing houses that weren't selling their shitty works, so they wish to destroy successful publishing houses by lambasting the work. And sadly, I think I'm more right than I care to be.

I don't know when America got so damn insanely stupid, but brother, are they. Fast tracking to book burning and goose stepping, are we? I think so.

And while we're burning those books, hey, how about chucking the Constitution of the United States into the blaze, because you know, it's racist, biased and unconstitutional!... wait, what?

EXACTLY!
